Continuity Care is a small, not-for-profit organization helping more than 700 families across Manitoba. Our main sources of funding are individual donations, our Endowment Fund, and grants.
We rely on the generosity of our donors and funding partners to help cover our operating and program costs. When you make a donation to Continuity Care, your investment helps us:
- support families
- enhance and maintain quality services, resources and supports
- remain independent from government funding, so we can advocate on behalf of families when needed
- ensure we operate in perpetuity, giving families peace of mind that their loved one will be cared for as planned throughout their lives
